Response time: We do our best to respond within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Returns

You have 30 days from receipt of your order to make a return.
After this period, we will unfortunately no longer be able to offer refunds or exchanges.

To initiate a return, please send photos of the unopened product within 14 days of receipt to info@veliskin.com . Once validated, we will provide you with the return address.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Discounted products

Promotional items are not exchangeable or refundable , except in the case of a defective product.

Defective products

If an item develops a defect within 30 days of purchase, please send us:

  • Your order number

  • The name of the product concerned

  • A brief description of the problem

  • Photos or a video illustrating the defect

Once the defect is confirmed, we will replace the product or issue a full refund.

Lost or unreceived packages

  • If the package is shown as delivered but you have not received it, we will not be able to issue a refund.

  • If the package was lost during transport , we will send you a replacement free of charge .

  • If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or unclaimed package , a reshipping fee of €9 will be applied.

  • If the package is returned for unforeseen reasons ( customs, logistics problem ), we will reship it at no additional cost .

Order cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of purchase.
After this time, shipping may already be underway. If the package has already been shipped, you can refuse delivery. If you receive it, please follow our returns procedure.

Incorrect product received

If you believe you have received the wrong product, contact us within 14 days of receipt with:

  • A photo of the shipping label

  • A photo of the SKU code on the product packaging

  • Photos of the product and its packaging
